Resonancia Community

1. Objectives

The objective of Resonancia's coliving is to provide the space for an intentional, trust-based community for personal growth and cultural collaboration. It provides private rental of rooms or pods in an environment of shared living with coworking spaces and integration with the local village to support meaningful connection and co-creation.

2. Participation

The minimum stay is two months, with the possibility of an initial one-month trial period by exception—ideally leading to an extension or future participation.

Participants are thoughtfully selected based on their personal background and prior experience in self-responsible, conscious community living.

Participation in sharing circles or similar group communication formats is required at least once a week, and potentially twice.

Beyond this, there are no obligations to join specific activities, nor is facilitation provided. Instead, interactions naturally emerge through co-creation and mutual resonance among individuals who often bring a wealth of skills and gifts to share.

3. Contribution

A monthly rent is paid for a private space and the ussuage of all communal amenities. This payment covers all extra costs like electricity, heaing, water, internet.
The contribution model offers three rates: 'small budget,' 'moderate,' and 'abundant,' allowing participants to choose according to their financial capacity, ensuring inclusivity.
Above this there is a daily contribution of 10 € into a communal cash, of which the food supply and other communal resources is covered. This budget is managed communally.

4. Community Life and Tasks

Basic food supply is handled collectively, and foodstock is freely accessible to community members.

Household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and taking out the rubbish, are shared voluntarily. Those contributing less to these daily duties are encouraged to make an additional contribution to the communal fund - potentially double - as a gesture of appreciation for the extra effort of others. A fair assessment of contributions should also consider less visible tasks, such as major shopping trips, periodic deep cleaning, or maintaining the central stove.

5. Reservation Process

To reserve a place, a booking must be made through the Resonancia Community website.
To finalize the reservation, a non-refundable deposit of one-third (33%) of the rent must be transferred to our designated bank account.

6. Remaining Payment

Payment is due on the day of arrival, covering at least one month in advance, and must then be made monthly, always one month ahead.

A late fee of €10 per day applies for each day of payment delay. After a maximum of seven unpaid days, the reservation may be canceled without refund of the deposit.

Contributions to the communal fund are also paid one month in advance, with the possibility of receiving a refund at the end of the month for any days not spent on-site.

7. Extension

If an extension of the stay is requested, this can be arranged directly on-site. If we agree to an additional reservation, a deposit of one-third must be provided to confirm the extension.

8. Early termination and refund

A: If a reservation is terminated for reasons attributable to the participant, the payment for the current month and the deposits for the following two months are non-refundable. However, any deposits for periods beyond three months in the future, as well as unused contributions to the community fund, will be refunded.

B: In cases where departure is prompted by exceptionally challenging community dynamics or a mutual recognition that the personal alchemy is not ideal, a mayor or full refund may be considered.

C: In all cases where a reservation is terminated due to a reason attributable to the responsibility of the project, a full refund for all remaining time will be issued.
If false or incomplete information was provided in the online form, particularly regarding physical and mental health, personal capacities in a self-responsible community setting, or if significant and repeated violations of our agreements occur (like harmful judgements or violent communication), despite prior requests to modify behavior, the rental may be terminated, treated as under A.

9. Trial Period

During the first three months of rental, a monthly trial period applies. Two weeks before the end of each trial month, our team members will provide approval for the continuation of the rental contract.
While this is an exceptionally rare occurrence, if a participant is found incompatible with our community dynamics or does not align with our agreement field, the rental may be terminated with two weeks' prior notice, effective at the end of the current month. If this termination is not justified by clear and significant violations by the tenant, a full refund of future deposits and payments will be issued.

The nearby Ecovillage Laboratory is an independent offer by the Asociation Valle de Sensaciones. Entering this magical place is not included in the rental payment of the Coliving. However as a perfect complementation we recommend to book into the monthly fee of the Ecovillage Laboratory which offers free and flexible access to the nearby paradise environment.
